Scott Sossen
Director Commercial Real Estate/M&A
Scott A. Sossen worked in the financial sector for over 25 years. During this period, Mr. Sossen negotiated and closed projects in excess of $600,000,000. His experience includes business ownership, asset management, finance and brokerage. The structure of these transactions includes sales, construction lending, tax-exempt bond financings, permanent mortgages and participating mortgages. The properties/collateral included office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, hotels, motels, mini-warehouses, nursing homes and land developments. He has also bought and sold several hundred oil and gas wells, with ownership in several oil drilling companies.
Scott currently serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. He attended the University of Houston and is an active participant in numerous church and philanthropic entities.
