Glenn is honored to receive an invitation to join the local Houston Chapter of the Texas Association of Business Brokers as the Chapter’s Vice-President, and has accepted the invitation.

The Texas Real Estate Commission has approved Tier 2 Vice-President Mary Kamp to teach MCE classes. This is a significant accomplishment and Tier 2 is honored that Mary has selected Tier 2′s offices for teaching these classes beginning in the spring of 2012. We look forward to serving the needs of her students and assisting them with help and advice.

The Balinese club was entirely destroyed in 2008 by Hurricane Ike. The holder of the lease to the seawall estate has announced his intention to rebuild and has signed over exclusive rights to sell and/or lease the finished project to Tier 2 Brokers.
